The International Conference of Secular AA (ICSAA) is a global gathering of secular Alcoholics Anonymous members, groups, and allies from around the world. Held every few years in different host cities, ICSAA brings together people seeking recovery through open-minded, inclusive, and non-dogmatic approaches to the Twelve Steps and fellowship.

ICSAA features speaker meetings, workshops, panels, social events, and discussions exploring many paths of recovery. Participants include agnostic, atheist, spiritual, freethinking, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and culturally diverse recovery communities, along with family and allied fellowships.

The 2026 conference, themed “Many Paths of Recovery,” will take place November 13–15, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona. Sessions will explore topics including neuroscience and recovery, sponsorship, inclusion, trauma, sexual health, meditation, community building, and secular approaches to recovery.
