CERAASA stands for the Canadian Eastern Regional Alcoholics Anonymous Service Assembly. It is the annual service assembly for the Eastern Canadian regions of Alcoholics Anonymous, bringing together delegates, trusted servants, and members from AA Areas across Eastern Canada to discuss General Service Conference topics, share experience in service, and strengthen communication and cooperation between the regions.
