Area 83 Archives and the Ottawa Intergroup are happy to invite you to a one-day workshop. Presentations cover the history of Alcoholics Anonymous in Ottawa, the importance of collecting and preserving our fellowship’s history, and why we as Archive Chairs and liaisons conduct oral histories of our longtimers.
Schedule
- 10:00 am sharp — Workshops begin (hybrid format)
- ~12:30 pm — Light lunch and refreshments, provided by the Ottawa Intergroup
- 2:00 pm sharp — Tour of the City of Ottawa Archives, an exciting look at their archive collection and preservation practices

- Morning workshops & lunch: Bronson Centre, 211 Bronson Ave., Ottawa, ON
- Afternoon Archives tour: City of Ottawa Archives, 100 Tallwood Dr., Nepean, ON (about a 15 minute drive from the Bronson Centre)
