Welcome to the 2018 Ottawa Spring Conference, an annual tradition of Alcoholics Anonymous in the National Capital Region for 39 years!Click here to download printable Poster and Group Infosheet.

Our one day event will be held May 12, 2018 at St. Anthony's Banquet Hall in Little Italy. It includes a series of speakers, 2 panels, topic discussions, a banquet, hospitality suite, a dance and, of course, the fellowship of other A.A. members in our community and beyond.

Our event is hosted by the Ottawa Area Intergroup of Alcoholics Anonymous with the gracious support of A.A. groups and members across our region. We would like to extend a heartfelt welcome to out-of-town guests and invite you to contact us if you have questions about our event, our city or our local fellowship.

VENUE AND ACCOMMODATIONS

The Conference will be held at St. Anthony's Banquet Hall, situated at 523 St. Anthony Street, off Preston Street.

***Additional parking may be available at the high school across from the venue. Check signs carefully to avoid infractions as most parking is paid.***

General Admission without Banquet

Cash Payments

Tickets are $10.00 in advance or $15.00 at the door and include access to all events except for the banquet.
Advance tickets are available from Committee members and your local Intergroup or General Service Representative.

Evening only admission for Banquet Speaker (8:00 pm) and/or Dance (9:15 pm) is available after 7:30 pm at the door for $5.00.

Registration with Banquet

Payments by Cheque

$55.00 includes registration, banquet, and access to all events.

Mailed registrations must be postmarked by Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Do not mail cash. Forms and cheques may also be dropped off in person at Intergroup (please call first before going to the office). For other arrangements, including cash payments, please email spring@ottawaaa.org.

GROUP CONTRIBUTIONS

We are grateful for any financial assistance towards covering the cost of our event. Group contributions can be given to Spring Conference Committee members or mailed (cheques only) to

Your group may also help us carry the message by purchasing a block of advance tickets to distribute to newcomers and members in need at your meeting(s).

HOSPITALITY SUITE

The hospitality suite will be open from 11:00 am serving snacks and beverages. Food donations such as sandwiches, desserts and vegetable, fruit and cheese platters are appreciated and may be dropped off beginning at 9:00 am.
